Product Support

To help us understand a problem, please include:

• the page or tool you were using;
• your browser and device type;
• the steps that led to the problem;
• what you expected and what happened instead; and
• a screenshot, if it is useful and does not contain sensitive information.

You do not need to send your original artwork unless it is necessary to reproduce the issue. Never send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

Privacy Requests

Use the subject line Privacy Request and describe whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action. If the request concerns an account, contact us from the email address associated with that account when possible. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Security and Abuse Reports

Use the subject line Security Report or Abuse Report and include the affected URL, a concise description, and enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability or access data that does not belong to you.
